Subject: Urgent: Delivery Follow-up on Order PO-20240512 — Request for Confirmed Shipping Date

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to follow up on our purchase order PO-20240512, which was originally scheduled for delivery but has now arrived two weeks past the confirmed delivery date. The order covers industrial sensors intended for our ongoing production operations, and the continued delay is directly affecting our production planning.

We fully understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. However, we have not yet received a clear explanation or a reliable updated delivery schedule from your side.

We therefore kindly but firmly request that you provide us with the following within three business days:

• The exact shipping date of order PO-20240512, not an estimated range;
• The current tracking/logistics information, if the goods have already been dispatched;
• A written explanation of the cause of the delay and the measures you will take to prevent recurrence.

Please treat this matter as high priority. Should we fail to receive a confirmed shipping date within the stated timeframe, we will have to consider further measures in accordance with our purchase agreement, including reviewing the future cooperation arrangement.

We value our business relationship and trust that you will handle this matter promptly and professionally.

Thank you for your immediate attention.

Best regards,
